User Agreement for todorunlist.com

1. What this agreement is

This is an agreement between you and the owner of todorunlist.com.

When you use the service, create an account, or pay for a plan, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. How the service works

todorunlist.com helps you manage weekly tasks.

You create tasks, organize them between Inbox and Scheduled, mark daily statuses, and see task progress over time.

All data is synchronized between your devices.

The service does not promise to make you productive automatically. It is a tool. The result depends on how you use it.

3. Registration and your data

You need a valid email to register.

We use your email for sign-in, magic links, account functionality, support, payments, and service notifications.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, passport details, or other unnecessary information.

Everything done in your account is considered to be done by you.

Use your own current email and do not share access to your email with other people.

We may send service emails through Unisender or another email service.

We send promotional emails only with separate consent.

4. Your rights

You may:

• use the service according to your selected plan;
• create and edit your tasks;
• receive support and information;
• delete your account in Settings;
• know that your data is protected under the law and our Privacy Policy.

Tasks and notes that you add to the service remain your data.

5. Your responsibilities

You may not:

• use the service to break the law;
• hack or overload the service;
• use bots, scripts, or automated load without permission;
• try to access other people’s accounts;
• copy or distribute other people’s tasks;
• violate copyright or related rights;
• copy the interface, texts, or logic of the service to create a similar product without permission.

If you seriously violate these rules, we may restrict or block access to the service without a refund.

6. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed through Robokassa or another payment provider.

We do not store your bank card details.

If payment was successful but Pro was not activated, email us at mail@todorunlist.com.

Refunds are possible only when required by law or by this agreement.

If you paid by mistake, email us at mail@todorunlist.com. Include your account email, payment date, amount, and reason for the request.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”.

If something goes wrong, we will try to help, but we are not responsible for everything.

We are not responsible for failures of partners, loss of access to your email, data loss, interruptions beyond our control, or decisions you make based on your tasks.

For important tasks, keep a backup outside todorunlist.com.

The maximum liability is limited to the amount of your last payment, unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Rights to the service

All software, design, texts, content, interface, logo, and algorithms are owned by the service owner or used legally.

You may not copy, sell, publish, or use service content without permission.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account yourself in Settings.

After deleting your account, you will lose access to your tasks and history.

We will delete the account and related data, except when some information must be temporarily kept by law, for security, payment records, or dispute resolution.

For example, the payment provider may store payment information under its own rules and legal requirements.

If you cannot delete your account through Settings, email us at mail@todorunlist.com.

10. Changes to this agreement

We may change this agreement.

The current version is always available on the website.

If you continue to use todorunlist.com after the agreement is updated, it means you agree to the new version.

If you do not agree, stop using the service.
